What is your new patient procedure?

Upon arriving to your appointment, our receptionist will ask the COVID-19 questions, and take your temperature. You will then fill out the intake packet, and then meet with your appointed therapist and case management representitive.

Can Clients pay cash for service?

Yes, Client's are able to pay out of pocket for service. Here at Greater Heights Behavioral Health do utilize a sliding fee scale to allow our clients to afford our therapy services.

Do you offer free Therapy Consultations?

Yes, a therapist is allowed to see one pro bono patient a year.

If there is a crisis, can we contact our assigned therapist?

Yes, you will just contact our office, and the receptionist will advise the therapist, and the therapist will handle the call with urgency.
